支笏湖で美味しい姫マス(チップ)を食べました。
お昼時、お店はとても忙しそうだったけどご主人は仕事を楽しんでるよう。
カウンターで一人だったからか、色々サービスしてくれたのに
帰るときバックヤードに行ってしまっていてお礼言えず、、。
今回の旅で一番おいしい食事でした。ありがとうございました！
I had some delicious himemasu (cherry salmon) at Lake Shikotsu.
The restaurant was really busy around lunchtime, but the owner seemed to be enjoying his work.
Maybe because I was dining alone at the counter, he gave me a few extra treats. I wanted to thank him when I left, but he had gone to the back, so I didn’t get the chance.
It was the best meal of my trip.
